Ear Discharge

Ear discharge is a common condition that can affect individuals of all ages, although it primarily impacts children. The underlying cause of ear discharge is the inflammation of the external and middle ear.

Research has shown that globally, the rate of acute middle ear infections (otitis media) is 10.85%, with 51% of cases occurring in children under the age of five.
