Newer advances – such as the balloon dilating catheter and its adaptation to sinus surgery – are improving sinus surgeries’ effectiveness and accuracy.
Balloon sinuplasty is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to treat various sinus-related conditions, particularly chronic sinusitis and certain sinus blockages.
